The launch of the unified leasing subsidy (ELS) is postponed

The launch of the Single Lease Grant (SLG), developed at the initiative of former Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak and approved by the government in late 2019, is postponed indefinitely. The ELS mechanism turned out to be too complicated to implement, and Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Borisov, who became the new curator of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, agreed that it requires improvement.
