Consent to the processing of personal data
In submitting personal data, the User gives his/her consent to the processing, storage and use of his/her personal data on based on Federal Law № 152-FZ «O personal data» from 27.07.2006 city in for the following purposes:
- Customer support implementation
- You receive information about marketing events
- Audit and other internal research with to improve the quality of services.
Personal Information refers to any information of a personal nature that can identify a User/Buyer such as:
- Surname, Name, Patronymic
- Date of birth
- Contact phone
- Email address
- Address
Personal Data of Users is stored exclusively on electronic media and processed with use of automated systems, except in cases when non-automated processing of personal data is required in communication with compliance with legal requirements.
The Company undertakes not to share personal data with third parties, except in the following cases:
- Po requests of the authorized bodies of state power RF only on the grounds and in the order established by the legislation of the RF
- Strategic partners who work with the Company to provide products and services, or those of the Company that help the Company sell products and services to consumers. We provide third parties with the minimum amount of personal information necessary only to provide the required service or transaction.
Company reserves the right to make changes in unilaterally in these rules, provided that the changes do not contradict the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Changes in the terms of these rules come into force after their publication on the site.
