The aggregate portfolio of active leasing contracts on the 1st of January, 2010 contained 377 active contracts to the total amount of RUR 9.2 billion.

For the last year 142 leasing contracts were concluded for the total amount of RUR 3.7 billion. The total cost of the leased property has made RUR 2.8 billion. The most part of the concluded contracts fell to transport vehicles, construction machinery and metallurgical equipment. (open graphic)

The number of our leaseholders is rapidly growing; while formerly we cooperated with a score of big construction companies in Khabarovsky Krai, then now our operative geography has considerably expanded, as well as our clients' industry gamut. Today our services are demanded not only in Khabarovsky Krai but also in Sakhalin, Chukotka, Moscow, Amurskaya Oblast, Primorsky Krai, Yakutia, Buryatia, Chitinskaya Oblast, Irkutskaya Oblast and Jewish Autonomous Oblast. We have had a considerable progress in the past year: the company's assets have grown up to RUR 3.5 billion; the equity capital has exceeded RUR 550 million. The basic source of the equity capital increasing is current financial receipts (leasing payments). So the total annual volume of leasing payments in 2009 has made more than RUR 2.7 billion.
